First time clients will need to complete a Client Intake Form prior to the first session. Client Intake Form may be emailed in advance or brought fully completed before first sessions. No services will be rendered without completed form – sorry, it’s Texas state law, no exceptions. If a client fails to complete form ahead of time, you will be required to complete one on the day of the session. Any lost time will be forfeited by the client.
Time is our most valuable currency. Please be on time. If you are running late, contact me. Clients arriving 15min+ late will either 1) have an option to reschedule or 2) will forfeit the time lost and receive treatment only for the time remaining.
Massage clients: please come clean and showered to protect you as well as me from any irritants.
Payments accepted: cash, card or Venmo.
Rescheduling Policy: I understand life happens, but a 24hr notice is appreciated. Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice will be released, and encouraged to seek services from a new therapist.
Comfort and safety are the most important things for both client and therapist. At any point during the session, both client and therapist reserve the right to end the session.
If you are under the weather, sick, or have a fever, it is mandatory to reschedule. Massage is contraindicated for fever or days you do not feel well as it could exacerbate existing ailments.
Referral rewards: for every new client referred, existing clients will receive $15 off your next massage or reiki session. Be sure to have your referral mention your name upon scheduling to receive credit.
